Rhode Island is leading in big ways in workforce development and job training. I first learned about Back to Work Rhode Island, a hyper-focused, data driven jobs program touted by Governor Gina Raimondo (and the current nominee for Secretary of Commerce) as a way to aid displaced workers who are searching for a new career.
